How You Can Help
Whether by volunteering your time, food, or goods to our pantry and shops or much needed funds to support our programs it is only with your help that better begins here at Wellspring.
Whether by volunteering your time, food, or goods to our pantry and shops or much needed funds to support our programs it is only with your help that better begins here at Wellspring.
Individual contributions enable Wellspring to fulfill its mission of providing support and skills to people facing challenges in order to help them achieve independence and self-sufficiency. Your support enables Wellspring to offer counseling, food, clothing, transportation, education and more to South Shore residents in need of assistance.
More than 85% of all funds raised go directly to programs and services. Your contribution makes a difference in the lives of your neighbors in need and is 100% tax deductible. Unrestricted gifts allow us to allocate our resources most efficiently and focus where the needs are greatest.
For assistance with your donation contact Lindsay Simpson at lindsay@wellspringmultiservice.org
You may choose to make a donation on behalf of someone you know who has benefited from Wellspring’s programs and services; in honor of someone who volunteers or contributes to our community efforts; or perhaps you would like to donate in memory of a deceased loved one.
Double your impact by checking to see if your employer offers a matching gift program.
If you are interested in making Wellspring a beneficiary of your estate please contact Lindsay Simpson, Vice President of Advancement. lindsay@wellspringmultiservice.org

Wellspring thrives because of its dedicated volunteers. From the Thrift Shop to the Food Pantry and everywhere in between, volunteer services are needed and deeply appreciated.
Wellspring Multi-Service Centers has many options to assist community members seeking food security assistance.
At Aunt Dot’s Kitchen, open to residents of Hull, we supply fresh and non-perishable food, as well as basic personal care items to those experiencing food insecurity through our volunteer guided, self-select, client-choice pantry.
Our Mobile Kitchen brings our pantry directly to those who need it regardless of geographic location.
Generous donations from individuals and area houses of worship, civic groups, schools and area businesses greatly contribute to Wellspring’s steadfast efforts to satisfy the ever-growing demand for this service. Thanks to these partnerships and donations, Aunt Dot’s Kitchen is able to provide more than 120,000 meals each year to neighbors in need.

We offer fresh and organic produce through food rescue partnerships with local grocery stores and Holly Hill Farm in Cohasset. We grow our own fresh produce right on-site in Judy’s Garden with help from the experts at Holly Hill Farm. The bounty from Judy’s Garden along with donations from local community growers go straight from the earth to the pantry and on to those in need.
Wellspring steps in when the school system takes its summer break by providing free lunches for Hull school children that qualify for help. Freshly prepared meals are available 5 days per week during summer vacation.
During the winter holidays, Aunt Dot’s Kitchen provides meals kits for food pantry families and individuals to prepare in their own homes. Thanks in part to generous donations and collaborations with area restaurants and places of worship.
Because one-third of our planets’ food goes to waste, Wellspring started a food rescue initiative a few years ago. With our refrigerated van we are able to pick up and distribute frozen meat and fresh produce. Unusable fruits and vegetables go to Holly Hill Farm for composting.

Wellspring’s Thrift Shops provide gently used and affordable clothing, furniture, jewelry, household items, toys, books, art and more to clients and the general public. All items sold in the shops have been donated for sale, and the revenue generated directly funds Wellspring programs and services.
