Student Spotlight: Daniella Gilmete ’25

On May 5th, Wellspring HiSET June ’25 graduate, Daniella Gilmete, graduated from the inaugural PCT (patient care technician) Training Program. The program, a new collaboration from MassBay Community College and South Shore Health, certifies students through an 8-week didactic and clinical rotation. Upon successful completion of the program, newly trained technicians are guaranteed full-time employment at South Shore Health. Wellspring is excited to continue partnering with employment pipeline programs moving forward.

Daniella received her certification from MassBay President, David Podell, Ph.D and celebrates at the graduation ceremony with Jessie Pilewski, Wellspring’s Vice President of Adult Education.
