John Villela

John Villela has served as a trustee on the Wellspring Foundation since 2022. John has been a member of the Wellspring Board of Directors since 2025. He worked in the financials services industry for over 25 years. He finished his career as a Managing Principal for an employee-owned, fixed income investment management company in Boston. He has been married to his wife Jen for over 25 years. They raised their three daughters in Hingham and they now split time between Cortez, Florida and Hull. He volunteers his time for several not-for-profit groups with Wellspring being his most cherished.
